This policy explains refunds and cancellations for PmPass.in. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Important: Due to instant activation of subscriptions, refunds are limited. All sales are final except in specific cases listed below.
1. How Our Service Works
When you purchase:
- Payment is processed immediately
- Subscription activates instantly with the service provider
- Activation cannot be reversed
- Subscription period begins immediately

When Refunds Are NOT Available
- Changed your mind after activation
- Provided wrong account details
- Didn't use the service
- Issues with service provider (contact them directly)
- Account suspended for violating provider's terms
- Unused subscription time
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Activation (15-minute window)
Full refund available if you contact us within 15 minutes of payment AND subscription hasn't activated yet.
After Activation
- Cancellation not possible
- No refunds for unused time
- Subscription remains active until expiry
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@pmpass.in or support@pmpass.in
- Include: Order ID, email, date/time, reason
- Wait for review (24-48 hours)
- Receive confirmation via email
5. Refund Timeline
- Review: 24-48 hours
- Processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank credit: 7-10 business days
- Total: 12-17 business days
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI/card/wallet).
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments, our trusted payment service provider. Dodo Payments handles multiple currencies and payment methods including:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- UPI (India)
- Digital Wallets
- Bank Transfers
6. Failed Transactions
If payment fails but amount is debited:
- Usually auto-reversed within 5-7 days by the payment gateway
- If not reversed, contact us with transaction details
- For payment-related queries, you may also contact Dodo Payments support
7. Service Provider Issues
For problems with the service after activation, contact the provider directly. We can help communicate but cannot issue refunds for their service quality or availability.
8. Payment Security
We do not store or have access to your payment card details, banking information, or payment credentials. All payment information is securely processed and stored by Dodo Payments in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
9. Chargebacks
Warning: Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Always contact us first to resolve issues.
10. Fraudulent Transactions
For unauthorized transactions, immediately contact us at support@pmpass.in and file a complaint with your bank. You should also report the transaction to Dodo Payments.
